Our Terms & Conditions

  1. Help Your Claim Limited [HYC] are instructed to act as my/our sole representative in the settlement of my PPI claim, and where requested any Credit Card charges.
  2. I/we will provide HYC with any information requested to pursue the claim where requested.
  3. If the financial provider sends correspondence direct to myself, I/we will forward this to HYC within 3 working days from receipt.
  4. I/we understand HYC will help calculate any charges made to myself which are to be included in this claim. However I understand HYC accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, should the amount of the claim be miscalculated or disputed.
  5. Where requested, I/we will pay the £10 fee necessary to access my file (Data Subject Access Request) and/or the £1.00 fee for a Section 77 request. These payments would be direct to your financial provider, not HYC.
  6. The claim handling will be carried out by HYC, who have absolutely no affiliation with your financial provider.
  7. On success of your claim, HYC will charge a 30% fee + VAT on all amounts received. Our charges apply to the total value of benefits, monetary or otherwise.
  8. On receipt of settlement by the financial provider, I/we agree that we will notify HYC within 3 working days, and understand HYC will then issue an invoice for their services, which must be paid within 14 calendar days of issue.
  9. I/we agree that HYC can deduct any fees for my claim from my credit/debit card upon completion of my case once the invoice becomes due.
  10. I/we agree not to accept any settlement that is communicated directly to us by the Bank without the consent of HYC.
  11. HYC may terminate this agreement should the amount recoverable be deemed to be commercially insufficient to progress.
  12. I/we may terminate this agreement within 14 days of the date of this agreement you can do this by sending an email to or calling our customer service line on 03333 443 440.   13. HYC is regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities, authorisation number CRM20438.
  14. I/we understand that all invoices must be paid in full within 14 days of issue.
  15. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
